Returns

As every M by MAIE piece is individually made to order, we do not offer refunds.

We encourage you to review all product details, measurements, diamond sizes, metal selections and ring sizing carefully before placing your order.

Our team is happy to assist if you have questions before purchasing.

Exchange

Exchange requests may be considered subject to eligibility and approval by M by MAIE.

To qualify for consideration, jewelry must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Undamaged

• Unaltered

• Returned with its original packaging and accompanying materials

Pieces showing signs of wear, alteration, damage or modification are not eligible for exchange.

Any difference in price, additional production costs and insured shipping associated with an approved exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending any jewelry back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Resize

Full eternity rings contain diamonds around the entire circumference of the band and generally cannot be resized in the same way as a traditional ring.

For this reason, it is particularly important to confirm your ring size before ordering.

If you are uncertain, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

As each ring is made according to the size selected at checkout, sizing changes are not automatically covered as a manufacturing issue.
