Insured Shipping

For the security of your jewelry, orders are shipped using an insured delivery service.

Insured shipping is not included in the price shown at checkout and is charged separately.

The shipping cost is determined according to your delivery destination and the value of the shipment.

After your order is placed, our team will provide the applicable insured shipping charge separately.

If you would like to know the estimated shipping cost before placing your order, please contact us with your destination and the piece you are considering.

Dispatch

Once your jewelry has completed production and passed our final quality inspection, we will contact you regarding dispatch.

Your order will be shipped after the applicable shipping arrangements and payment have been completed.

Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

For security, a signature may be required upon delivery.

International Orders

Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on destination, courier service and customs processing.

Any import duties, local taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are separate from the M by MAIE product price and shipping charge unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing is outside our control and may occasionally affect the final delivery date.

International Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from Hong Kong under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.

Product prices and shipping charges shown at checkout do not include import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales tax, brokerage fees or other charges that may be applied by the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for completing any required import formalities and paying all applicable charges directly to the relevant customs authority or shipping carrier. Your carrier will contact you if payment or additional information is required before delivery.

Customs regulations and charges vary by destination and are outside our control. We are therefore unable to predict or confirm the final amount before shipment. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Customs clearance may also affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

If an order is refused or remains unpaid and is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, duties or other unrecoverable fees may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law. The original shipping charge is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

This policy applies only to deliveries outside Hong Kong.

Packaging

Every M by MAIE piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving us.

If your parcel or jewelry arrives damaged, please photograph both the outer packaging and the jewelry and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
