Every M by MAIE piece is made to order.
Rather than holding large quantities of finished jewelry, your piece enters production after your order is confirmed and is individually crafted to your selected diamond size, metal and specifications.
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly during peak periods or depending on the individual piece.
If your jewelry is intended for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or another important occasion, please contact us before ordering, and we will advise you on the expected timeline.
International orders are shipped from Hong Kong under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Import duties, taxes, VAT and customs or courier handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by the destination country and cannot be estimated or controlled by us. Your carrier will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation with the details of your selected piece.

Everyday Care
We recommend removing your jewelry before:
- Exercising or carrying out strenuous activities
- Swimming or using a hot tub
- Showering
- Sleeping
- Household cleaning
- Applying lotions, perfumes, hairspray or other beauty products
Avoid exposing your jewelry to chlorine, bleach and harsh household chemicals, as these may affect the finish of precious metals.
For regular at-home cleaning:
- Soak your jewelry briefly in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap.
- Gently clean around the diamonds and setting using a very soft toothbrush.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds or hard brushes.
For a deeper clean, or if you notice a stone becoming loose, we recommend having your jewelry professionally inspected rather than attempting to repair it yourself.
Our launch collection is crafted in solid 14k gold.
Over time, fine scratches and subtle changes to the surface are a natural part of wearing precious metals.
White gold may also require occasional professional refinishing or rhodium plating to restore its original bright-white finish.
Gem stones naturally attract oils from the skin, lotions and beauty products, which can temporarily reduce their brilliance.
Regular gentle cleaning will help maintain their sparkle.
Although diamonds are exceptionally durable, they are not indestructible. A strong impact may damage a diamond or its setting, so we recommend removing your jewelry during activities where it may be knocked or caught.
Store each piece separately in its jewelry box, pouch or a soft-lined compartment.
Keeping pieces apart helps prevent chains from tangling and reduces scratching between diamonds and precious metals.
We recommend having frequently worn pieces professionally inspected periodically, particularly tennis bracelets, tennis necklaces, eternity rings and other designs containing multiple individually set diamonds.
If you notice movement in a stone, damage to a clasp or setting, or any other changes to your jewelry, discontinue wearing the piece and contact M by MAIE for assistance.

Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical and physical properties as mined diamonds. The difference lies in their origin: they are created in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth.
For designs such as our Tennis Bracelet, Tennis Necklace and Eternity Ring, the carat size shown refers to the approximate weight of each individual diamond, rather than the combined carat weight of the entire piece.
For our Solitaire Stud Earrings, the carat size shown also refers to each earring unless otherwise stated.
The estimated total carat weight of a finished piece may vary depending on the selected size, length or ring size.
Every piece is individually made, so very small variations may naturally occur.
